By using Recap.GG ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Recap.GG provides post-game insights for League of Legends players by analyzing match data retrieved from the Riot Games API. We do not modify, interfere with, or provide any unfair advantage in gameplay.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate Riot ID information
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service

4. Riot Games API Compliance

This application uses data from the Riot Games API. By using our Service, you acknowledge:

• Recap.GG isn't endorsed by Riot Games
• We only access publicly available match data
• We do not store your Riot account credentials

5. Intellectual Property

Riot Games, League of Legends, and all related properties are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Recap.GG is an independent project and not affiliated with Riot Games.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access
• Accuracy of insights or statistics
• Improvement in your gameplay

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recap.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
